Subject: Redevelopment of Via San Giuliano.
of Directors of the District of Borgomeduna "frozen" has always been interested in our village. From early January there has been deprived of the opportunity to express our views through the body in which we have been democratically elected, but now we still feel indebted to our constituents. We thank this administration for the allocation of € 725,000, a figure significantly in the past. For over 15 years the district has applied for the rehabilitation of Via San Giuliano, since the 'abandonment and the failure of the pavement are very dangerous. On two projects, the Administration has taken our suggestions, but a dilemma for several months ago to discuss the administration is appropriate or not, cut Lecci, located near the intersection of Central Borgomeduna?
On 23 January the Department responsible to the citizens occurred in front of a third project.
There are several reasons that we recommend upgrading to the work of Via San Giuliano, which is already public in the assembly of 19/04/2007 have been announced to the Mayor and the Board:
1 - Maintenance of the trees, in the case remain, it is expensive and must be provided for pruning every three years, the cleaning of manholes in the sewer, the repositioning of the blocks of porphyry each time will be disconnected from their roots.
2 - Currently, there are various hardships faced by the citizens: dirty walls, still smog, clogged gutters, leaves inside the property, owned by uneven walls, all damage that the Administration will reimburse?
3-Regulation of hygiene, recently approved, provides the cutting edge of the border.
5 - The road must provide a continuity of project the future round of Borgomeduna.
THEREFORE
We urge the Administration to seize the power of subsidiarity in the design of this course and to implement the directions of the Population:
-
The proposed project is not guaranteed paths for users 'weak': pedestrians, wheelchairs and cyclists are very are not penalized and made safe, we suggest to redesign the sidewalks with adequate size and dimensions without any obstacles or trees.
-
Cut Lecci, given the enormous discomfort they create, and planted new areas further away from housing.
-
Set the parking lot of the area stained with a pedestrian link in Uberco, as envisaged in the Plan.
-
Protecting the system of the fountain in the historic alley A. Amman.
certain that with this paper we contribute to the Administration of the useful information I offer cordial greetings.
