ICE - The number lifesaving

ICE stands for In Case of Emergency "-" In Case of Emergency ", in fact the idea that led to creation of this acronym is to enable first aid (occasional rescue, protection civil, 118, fire, police, etc..) identify the people involved in accidents and contact their next of kin to obtain medical information.
The suggestion in practice is to keep your phone's address book in some phone numbers registered with the following format and in order of importance: •

ICE1 (for example, the number of your mother);
• ICE2 (dad); •
ICE3 (girlfriend / wife);
• ICE4 etc..

contact numbers, you'll see, must be relative to the addresses of people you know and are able to answer questions of your rescuers (blood group, drug use, etc.). where you are in emergency situations. To further promote the use of ICE has been designed a new symbol, easily recognizable, to help emergency personnel to quickly find medical information relevant to a patient in a state of unconsciousness. The ICE symbol pasted on a phone makes it possible for rescuers to know immediately that the damaged person has entered the emergency numbers in the phone book according to this criterion. The symbol was developed to be free and freedom of distribution. All are encouraged to use this symbol to promote the safety and readiness of individual relief. Easy to do, costs nothing and can be very useful ... can save Life! Update now
your address book and share this information.
